Crista Luedtke
Crista Luedtke is chef/owner at boon eat + drink and proprietor of boon hotel + spa. She was recently crowned Triple Grand Champion on Food Network’s Guys Grocery Games. Crista grew up in both the front and back of the house in family restaurants doing everything from waiting tables to cooking on the line. She is passionate about seasonal ingredients and uses her garden at boon to inspire her menu. Crista launched her gourmet deli/general store big bottom market in downtown Guerneville in 2011 and a Mexican modern cocktail lounge called El Barrio in 2014. Featuring bourbons, tequilas, mezcals and snacks, this spot hits all her favorites and pays homage to her upbringing in Arizona.
She loves traveling and seeks out local culinary gems and new flavors wherever she goes. She has been the force behind the design and branding of all her concepts to date and has recently begun consulting for other cafes/restaurants in the bay area and beyond.
Jessica Congdon
Jessica Congdon has been a filmmaker for nearly 20 years. She produced, wrote & edited the documentary films The Mask You Live In and Miss Representation with Jennifer Siebel Newsom. The films premiered at Sundance in 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, she co-directed and edited the documentary Race To Nowhere. Other editing work includes the documentaries Speed and Angels, Motherland, The Bronzer, and the narrative features Big Girls Don’t Cry and Sundance award-winner Dopamine.
Jessica is a founding editor and director at Umlaut Films in San Francisco. Her commercial clients have included Microsoft, Skype, Google, Nike, Visa, Humana, Salesforce, and Shutterfly. Her work has received AICE editing awards, the One Show Award, and Cannes Lions awards. She grew up in Washington, D.C., received her degree from UC Berkeley, and studied film at the Art Institute of Chicago. She lives in the Bay Area with her family.
Eric Holland
Eric Holland is a producer, sound supervisor, music supervisor and composer who has worked in film for over 20 years. Projects include the documentaries The Mask You Live In and Miss Representation, which premiered at Sundance in 2011 and 2015. Other documentaries include award-winners Desert Runners, Speed & Angels, Rabbit Fever, The Bronzer, and Motherland. His narrative feature work includes Numb, One of Our Own, and Sundance award-winner Dopamine. His most recent film, Daddy Don’t Go, premiered at DOC NYC in 2016. He composed the original score for all five seasons of the PBS/Sundance Channel TV series e2 – the economies of being environmentally conscious, which was narrated by Brad Pitt. He has also worked on commercial campaigns for Nokia, Mattel, and Blue Cross.
Eric is a certified foodie who loves to cook. He lives with his wife and two daughters in the Bay Area.
